Richard holds a Bachelor of Justice (Investigation and Policing) and a Bachelor of Law from Queensland University of Technology, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. He is recognised as a Legal Practitioner by the Supreme Court and High Court of Australia.
He has a decade long career in Child Protection sectors (Department of Communities – Child Protection and Foster Carers) in Queensland. As such, he is not a stranger to issues facing parents in family law proceedings, and will draw on his experiences to handle your matters with sensitivity and guide you through the legal process during the difficult time.
Richard has worked in Queensland and Western Australia Jurisdictions during his Legal career since 2015.
